A long, long while back, there was secret posted to simsecret about two custom neighbourhoods that came with custom Sims. They were linked to in the comments, and I downloaded them at the time, but don't have them anymore. I've actually been trawling through all the old simsecret posts, but I can't seem to find the links.
I was wondering if anyone knows where I could find them again? I remember that one of them may have had "Cove" or "Harbour" in the hood name, and came with a custom university, downtown, and vacation hood. I realise this is really vague, sorry! I hope someone knows what I'm talking about. Thanks in advance!
